Annual Report to State
The TXSSAR Annual
Chapter Reports are required to be completed at the end of each calendar year.
The report provides information and activities of the Chapter. It is used as a
“guideline” for Chapter Presidents and Officers to follow regarding TXSSAR and
NSSAR programs.
This report form is available at the TXSSAR Private Web Site under the Reports/Forms menu.
